Mediation at a flat fee
Both partners are registered family mediators, so a couple can settle here for one set price instead of paying two lawyers to argue.

The first hour is a paid consultation, and if you hire us it comes off your retainer. Mediation is quoted as a package, so the price does not move halfway through.

When a case can settle, we settle it. Because both partners are registered mediators, one of us can run the mediation and neither of you has to hire a second lawyer to sit through it.
When it cannot, we go to court, and we will tell you which road you are on before you spend more on it. Child support, alimony, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and both kinds of adoption pass through this office.
